Show repeat by default

Hi,
Is there a way in which I can loop through repeat group atleast once while rendering the form. The user should not be able to delete the default group (i.e first group) but can add or delete if they have more than one group.

Thanks in advance.

If you remove jr:template="" from the repeat group XML, the form will
automatically create the first repeat without asking the user.

Haven't tried, but I don't think you can prevent a delete of a repeat
(e.g., by marking it read only). Try it and let the community know. If
that doesn't work, best you can do is prevent someone from continuing
if a repeat has zero repeats in it. You can have a note prompt that is
required when count(/data/repeat_node) < 1.

The ability to prevent deletion of repeats would actually be a pretty
useful feature I think.

We tested it, it makes all questions within the repeat group read-only.
