I designed a survey using Build, then more logic in XLSForm.
Problem the relevance logic is not working both for simple logic and for logic involving many options, which should be skipped based on the choice for the first question. I used Excel 2016 and Im exhausted trying to figure why my logic is not working. The survey is attachedKAP-JKUAT-Dec-1-2017.xls (85.5 KB)
