Small proposal: add appearance=hide-input for geo widgets

Hi,

I realize this probably isn't relevant to ODK Collect, but still wanted to
pass this by you. E.g. you may have suggestions on using a different
appearance naming convention.

In Enketo you can always switch between showing GPS coordinate inputs and
hiding those inputs. The default widget shows the inputs when the form
loads. The proposal is to use appearance=hide-input to load a geo widget
with inputs hidden.

Name itself seems fine. Not entirely related, but what happens if someone
wants to have two appearance attributes?

Cool. Thanks. Appearances can be space-separated (I see them as identical
to css classes in HTML). You can combine as many as you want!
