Space between items in ODK forms

Hi. I'm sorry if this issue has been addressed before but I've searched a
lot and haven't come across anything. I have two issues that I need help
with.

  1. In the field-list view, I would like to create some space between
different items. Right now they're all bunched together and so it doesn't
look nice on a mobile phone's screen. Could you please help me with this?
  2. When you create a group using "start group", a label is necessary. I do
not want to put a label for that group. But if I leave the space blank an
error keeps popping up. Is there a way to deal with this?

Thank you and sorry again if this is something extremely basic.

David

You might be able to enter spaces or dashes to get around these problems.

Screen layout is not something that ODK Collect was designed to do.

This is addressed in the newer ODK Survey tool (not yet in production).

I mean inserting ' ' for the name of a group, or, you could create a note
with ' ' for the label.
