Specifying device id source

Is there currently a way to specify what ID is used as the deviceid? I
know there is a prioritized list of options, but is it possible to just use
one all the time (I have the android id in mind), regardless of the state
of the others?

No. We only have the one 'deviceid' or 'uri:deviceid' property value, which
returns the android id only as a last resort.
