Splitting select multiple choices into columns in ODK: encrypted data

My data is encrypted on the server. However, when I try to download a form with multiple select variables, I am unable to select the option that allows my data to be split into columns. This option is inactive. Can someone help me with this?

I get the following error message when I try to force the option:

Hi @nicred
You can split your downloaded data. If using Stata, try ODKSLIPT tool.

thank you Ronald. I would like to try that. Yes, will be using STATA.
