SQL first try to get Central data into internal PostGIS database

I understood that for the moment we can only query all the data from Central. But maybe I missed some explanations in the documentation I read too quickly. It would be great to query about submissions with, for example, an id higher than the last we get into the database.

This limitation seems to be very temporary

As of the current version (v1.0), Central does not have the ability to filter data. In v1.1, we plan to add the ability to filter by submission date and submitter.
