SSL og Google App Engine

Hello,

I have have setup the Aggregate on Google app engine.
We want to use my domain name for Aggregate URL( instead of myname.appspot.com, we want to use myname.mydomain.com).

My domain is hosted on shared hosting. They have a SSL certificate for my site.

Since I already have a SSL for my domain, do I need to buy additional SSL Certificate for the Aggregate?

Google Has 2 options for SSL - Server Name Indication (SNI) & Virtual IP (VIP), Is it necessary to use either of these options from Google or can we get by without it?

If we need to go for either, can we use SNI?

Ramesh,

See https://support.google.com/a/answer/2644386?hl=en and
https://developers.google.com/appengine/docs/ssl. I don't think you
need to buy an additional cert. Once you upload your existing certs,
you will have to pick the server options (SNI vs VIP vs none).
