Start and End Times

Hi,

I'm using a survey form created using the xls2xform python script and
using the start and end question types.

My question is when are these values determined by ODK?

Is the start time recorded when the survey initially starts, i.e. when
the survey loads and the "swipe left - swipe right" graphic appears.
Or is it when the first question is displayed?

Conversely when is the end time recored? Is it when the survey is
finalised or when the last question is completed?

With thanks.

-Corey

Hey Corey,

Start time is when you first load the blank form and the swipe graphic
appears. End time is the last time the form was saved.
