Storing a 'note'

Hello,

I have developed a psychiatric interview that displays a diagnosis at the
end of the interview (based on stringent criteria). At the end of the
interview, it displays the diagnosis on the screen using a formula I have
generated, using the 'note' function.

Is there another function that will store what is generated in that note in
a cell for future analysis? Currently, the note (diagnosis) is displayed on
the screen during the interview only, which is very helpful, but it isn't
stored in my output excel/csv file (once I finalize/send it to upload, the
note is gone)

Its surely a very simple fix, I just wasn't sure which function would store
notes permanently in my excel file for later viewing/analysis?

Thank you!

Amber

Wow sounds great. If you create the entire diagnosis in a "calculate"
then that will be sent to the server. You can use use concat() or join()
functions to combine bits of text. The note then just needs to show the
calculate question value.
