Suggestions for form builder (data name validation & publish failure user feedback)

Hi,

I think the form builder currently hosted on build.opendatakit.org is
very good! It is elegant and user-friendly!

I'd like to suggest to add additional validation for the ,
i.e. that a name cannot start with a number.

Another suggestion would be to add user feedback for the 'Publish to
Aggregate' function when uploading is not successful, e.g. if form
validation fails (because data names start with a number...) or if the
server does not respond.

I filed both your suggestions on ODK's issue queue. To follow any
updates on the issue you can simply "star" the issue. In the future,
please feel free to file suggestions directly in the issue queue as
email suggestions sometimes get lost.
