Sychronizing changes in the form to mobile devices

Is there any way around to sync the forms in mobile with the same in
aggregate?? so that any changes made to the form will be sync'd with the
mobile devices. say, i have list of patients in the choices sheet and
uploading to aggregate. after few days if there is any addition or deletion
from the choice list same has to be reflected to the forms downloaded to
mobile devices. Syncing will be useful in this case, otherwise all the
enumerators have to intimated in advance and download the new form from
aggregate.

please excuse if this is repeated question!...

Thanks....
Madhav

Situations like this are the primary use case for ODK Tables, our new tool
(in alpha).

With the existing system, you can always upload changes to the selection
choices by updating the version of the form and re-uploading it.
Additions/deletions to the set of fields in the form, or to the datatypes
of those fields are not allowed.

The user must always initiate the update of the form definition.
