I am trying to upload a csv file and render it in ODK. while trying to open the zip file, it says "archive is in unknown format or damaged". I have attached both the csv file and the screenshot of the error message. please help.

It's not clear what are trying to accomplish. Your attachment does not
look like any ODK form specification. Can you provide more detail?
