Hi
I am a young statistician trying to learn how to use the
ODK.Unfortunately,it has not been an easy sail for me.I would kindly ask if
I could get instructions in pdf form for easier learning.I have unreliable
internet access , so the pdf would be of great help.Thank you in advance.
With regards
Asila.

Hi Asila,

Others can post if PDF instructions are available. Otherwise, you may need
to yourself PDF the various help pages at www.opendatakit.org.

If you haven't already checked them out, www.formhub.org and
www.surveycto.com offer bundled alternatives to setting up your own ODK
server. You can get yourself online and working quickly with both, and both
offer more documentation -- but, at least the SurveyCTO documentation is
also online (i.e., not in PDF).

Best,

Chris

The Google Earth Outreach folks have a nice tutorial.

The tutorial sequence begins at:

Screen shots are for an earlier version of ODK Collect (1.1.7); much of the
UI has not changed since that release, so you should still find the
tutorial easy to follow.

In steps you through the end-to-end process of creating a form, deploying
it onto ODK Collect, and uploading data to ODK Aggregate.
