Hi? Today I converted and an Excel form and loaded it on ODK Collect form
folder. When I opened fill blank form I don't see any blank form. Instead
I get the message I have attached as a photo in the email.
Any assistance is highly appreciated.
I am using ODK Collect v1.5.1.

Hi Louis,
ODK Collect has an issue parsing your form. It's probably not valid in
some way. How did you convert it to XML? Have you tried running it
through ODK Validate? https://opendatakit.org/use/validate/
