Hi all,
I am working on a questionnaire in which our team is suppose to ask half of
the questions individually to participants in survey meeting and half of
the questions by dividing members in three group. For example: there are 12
individuals in meeting, in first section of the questionnaire we will ask
questions i.e name, age, gender, occupation, designation in your
organization etc. to individual members.
Then I want to divided them (members) in 3 groups (4 individuals in each -
note: total number of individuals in meeting can vary upto 30) and ask
question i.e "What you think about X?" in groups so that enumerator can
record their collective response in tablet. Is there any to divide the
respondents in groups and then ask question respective question to each
group?
End output I want: After completion of questionnaire, each member within a
group must have same response as group response.
Thanks,
Abbas
Abbas,
Assign each individual a group number before you start the form. Then
during the form, ask the name/age/gender questions. Add a question in
that section about the group they are in. Then ask the group questions
after that.

Thanks Yaw for suggestion. This definitely make sense. However, I would
like to ask few points, which I believe, are critical to implementation of
this idea in my case.
I need to divide total number of members in three groups. Because of some
reasons, we want questions to each group must be asked on 3 different
tablets by three separate enumerators. After sorting out members in groups
in tablet 1 (lead enumerator), i want to pull members in second group
tablet 2 (2nd enumerator) and members of group 3 in (tablet three).
Is their any way to link tablet so that I can import group 2 in tablet 2
(of en 2) and group three in tablet 3 (of en 3)?
Thanks,
Abbas

Anyone have any suggestions on how to link a form across tablets? Is it

Hi Abbas,
There is no turnkey way to link a form across tablets.
We built similar functionality into a fork for a Nafundi client a few
years back and my team is glad to create an updated fork for you if
you'd like. Email me off the list if you are interested.
