RecForge can trim audio captured in a survey... that's free.

That is a great question for the community -- anyone know of an app like
this?
ODK Collect uses the phone's camera app for its image and video capture.
Any app that implements that standard interface should simply work with ODK
Collect.
RecForge implements the standard interface for audio capture, which is why
it works well with ODK Collect.
It stands to reason that there should be a similar high-quality 3rd party
tool for Video.
