Trouble with Uploading Instances to ODK Aggregate - Error: Not Found (404)

Hi there,

I hope this finds you all well.

I am having an issue in the field with one or two phones. They have
received this error:

Now I'm wondering if this is due to being the wrong form version than what
was uploaded on ODK Aggregate as some of the instances uploaded
successfully from the same phone.

We usually conduct pre-testing and then update the form with any changes
and they download a new one. So if they left older form surveys on the
phone, they might be these?

Thoughts? I appreciate your help!

404 is returned if the server does not have the form definition (XML file
from XLSForm / ODK Build) for the filled-in form you are submitting.

If those forms are no longer relevant, you can delete the filled-in
submissions from the device to eliminate this error.
