I am using Digital Ocean server for ODK Aggregate. It is successfully running and Data form is uploaded on the server. When I connect to the server through ODK Collect it is connected and I am able to see the uploaded form but unable to download it. it's showing an error message
Form Name -Failure.
what is the actual form any help?

it's difficult to tell what went wrong if the result message you received was just Failure.
If it's possible you can give me (or someone else from the team) access to your server (in private) so that I we can debug it and maybe solve your problem.
BTW. have you heard about ODK Central? If not please take a look at https://docs.getodk.org/central-intro/
ODK Aggregate is no longer maintained so we recommend using ODK Central.
