Unable to find form with matching Form Id as submission

I want to submit form, but this error occur in broswer "Unable to find form
with matching Form Id as submission". But i cross check the form id on
aggregate and form i want to submit, both are same. I want to know the
reason of this error. Why this error occurs.

It's not clear what is going on here. Are you submitting from Collect?
A step by step description of what you are doing and the versions of
software involved would help the community reproduce the error.

Hassan,

What version of Aggregate are you using?

Check the Tomcat logs. Anything interesting there? What about your
PostgreSQL logs?

Does this happen with all forms or just this one?

Does it happen with all submissions or just this one?

Do submissions with ODK Collect work?

I am very confused.

The way to manually upload submissions using a browser is to:

(1) log on as a user with Forms Management privileges
(2) Navigate to the Forms Management / Submission Admin sub-tab
(3) Click the "Manually Upload Submission Data" button.

and choose your XML file and any attachments, and click "Upload Submission"

Note that there are two very similar names:

Blank Form

Filled-in Form

··· ==== The "Blank Form" is the form definition created using XLSForm or ODK Build.

To upload that:

(1) Log onto ODK Aggregate as a Forms Manager
(2) Go to the Forms Management / Forms List sub-tab
(3) Click on "Add New Form" and choose your form definition file (
Tourx.xml )
(4) Click on Upload Form

====
The "Filed-in Form" is the filled-in data submission created by ODK Collect
that captures the answers to the questions in a blank form.

To upload that:

(1) log on as a user with Forms Management privileges
(2) Navigate to the Forms Management / Submission Admin sub-tab
(3) Click the "Manually Upload Submission Data" button.

and choose your XML file and any attachments, and click "Upload Submission"

I am very confused.

The way to manually upload submissions using a browser is to:

(1) log on as a user with Forms Management privileges
(2) Navigate to the Forms Management / Submission Admin sub-tab
(3) Click the "Manually Upload Submission Data" button.

and choose your XML file and any attachments, and click "Upload
Submission"

Note that there are two very similar names:

Blank Form

Filled-in Form

====
The "Blank Form" is the form definition created using XLSForm or ODK
Build.

To upload that:

(1) Log onto ODK Aggregate as a Forms Manager
(2) Go to the Forms Management / Forms List sub-tab
(3) Click on "Add New Form" and choose your form definition file (
Tourx.xml )
(4) Click on Upload Form

====
The "Filed-in Form" is the filled-in data submission created by ODK
Collect that captures the answers to the questions in a blank form.

To upload that:

(1) log on as a user with Forms Management privileges
(2) Navigate to the Forms Management / Submission Admin sub-tab
(3) Click the "Manually Upload Submission Data" button.

and choose your XML file and any attachments, and click "Upload
Submission"
