Unable to get forms after odk central update

After updating odk central from v1.1.2 to 1.2, I am unable to preview forms or get forms in odk collect. I find it difficult to upload forms too. I get error "Form update failed" when trying to get the forms in odk collect.
Please kindly help

  • Can you please attach a screenshot here?
  • Did you follow the instructions exactly for upgrading Central? Any unusual messages during installation? Did you run any commands not included in the instructions?
  • Can you still access the ODK Central interface through your web browser?
  • Are you using the default Let's Encrypt or a custom SSL certificate?
