Unable to get login page of ODK Aggregate Server on Digital Ocean

1. What is the problem? Be very detailed.
I am tring to install ODK aggregate on Digital Oscean however on last step, which is providing "Log into Aggregat" , here I am unable to see my login page. My IP address is "143.110.249.199" and free dns address is "https://odktest11.mooo.com/"

2. What app or server are you using and on what device and operating system? Include version numbers.
Ubuntu 20.04 on Digital Oscean , free dns server from "http://freedns.afraid.org/"

3. What you have you tried to fix the problem?
Go through with ODK docs , Digital Oscean.

4. What steps can we take to reproduce the problem?
sudo nginx -t , and this command says that syntax is OK.

5. Anything else we should know or have? If you have a test form or screenshots or logs, attach below.

Aggregate is no longer being updated. Please use Central instead.

If you still need to use Aggregate, then can you first confirm you are following the instructions at https://docs.getodk.org/aggregate-digital-ocean? From what I can tell, you have Apache installed, which is not what I'd expect...
