‘Unfortunately, ODK Collect has stopped’ when fetching forms

Hi all,

My colleague in Cambodia is experiencing the following issue when connecting to our ONA account to download new forms to ODK collect on a Samsung Galaxy Tab.

"I have been trying to ‘Get Blank Form’ through ODK collect. After I download one questionnaire onto the tablet, if I try to access another, or a revised version, ODK collect tells me ‘Unfortunately, ODK Collect has stopped.’ when I enter ‘Get Blank Form’.
I uninstalled ODK collect on my phone, but that doesn’t help. I created another Ona account, and redid it all and the same thing happened again.
Strangely enough, there is no issue with using the questionnaire that has been downloaded on the tablet, and no issues uploading completed questionnaires. "

I though this sounded similar to the issue described in this thread: https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/opendatakit/5PrH_hK-_7Q but it doesn't seem to be a question of complexity or errors in our forms.

Does anyone have any suggestions for what might be happening, and how we can fix it?
