These are the two errors am getting. pleas help .
I get these error when i save the questionnaire at the middle or if i want to edit the form before i finalize the form.
This often happens if you have repeat groups and are using ${field} to
reference fields within the repeat. The problems generally occur when you
add a 2nd repeat to the survey.

copy of a repeat group in your form, see
