is it possible to avoid the saving of forms with the same instance_name? I save my finished forms with: instance_name (${id}). Every form must have a different 'id'. Is there a possibility to force ODK Collect to save only forms which instance_name is unique?

No. Each filled-in form is independent of all other forms. That is why the
instance_id defaults to a long random number (uuid) -- those are always
unique.
