I wanted to update labels of the question but getting an error, "Form
Already Exists for this Namespace/Id attribute
org.opendatakit.aggregate.exception.ODKFormAlreadyExistsException" though
I'm using said pattern i.e. update version of the form. Here are 2 images
for better understanding. Image one shows version of the form available on
the server while other image shows version which I wanted to update.

It is likely that you are using a different filename for the two forms. Use
the same filename as you did originally.
The XLSForm tool uses the filename as part of the internal representation
of the form.
And, as always, you cannot add or rename any of the field (question) names
or group names, or change their data types.
