I have created a form with with an image as a single select option.
I have the image media file. But I do not see the Upload Form Media in the ODK Central installation that we have. Has it been taken off?

Are you including media files in choices or using the image widget? Are you able to attach your XLSForm file here?

What version of Central are you running? You can check by adding /version.txt to the end of your base URL (e.g. https://myCentralDomain.com/version.txt).
The below is what I see when uploading the form to v2023.2.1. There is a "Form Attachments" tab on the right half of the screen.

Yes, I got it. I had done a mistake in the placing the file name in the appropriate column.
Now it works fine. My bad.
Should I update the ODK Central version?
Yes, it is recommended that you keep Central up to date for increased security and reliability.
Please read carefully the instructions and all warnings for upgrading for all versions after v1.5 - so v2022.3, v2023.1, and v2023.2. Note that the most recent update is a critical infrastructure upgrade.
