Uploading forms from aggregate to tablet

Hi Group,

I am using odk collect on the samsung galaxy and I am having trouble
connecting to the server. In the general settings, I have these
configurations:

URL: my aggrregate url address

Username: my username which is a admin on the account

password: aggregate account password

google account:none selected

When I try to get blank forms, I have a error message that says Server
requires authentication Please enter the username and password for the
server https://....

Please -- only post to ONE of the groups (opendatakit@ is appropriate for
this post)

On the Site Admin / Permissions tab of the server, double check:
(1) The username is an ODK Aggregate username (Account Type: ODK -- it
cannot be a gmail account).
(2) The password on the device is the password set for that username via
the 'Change Password' button.
(3) The user has been granted 'Data Collector' privileges
(4) You have 'Saved Changes' on this tab (if you try to navigate off the
tab, it will warn you about unsaved chagnes).

I tried this and got the "error getting form list" message.

Open a Chrome browser on your device and enter the URL from the error
message

Does it present an ODK Aggregate login screen?

If you log in with the ODK Aggregate username & password, what happens?

It should display an XML file.
