Uploading large XML file issue

I am struggling to upload an xml form which is 6,394KB. I have uploaded several other forms but never one this big. Is there a size limit?

When I tried to upload it on my ODK aggregate page an AppEngine Application Problem appeared (See attached). I increased my billing allowance but that didn't make it work.

Any idea what to do?

Hi Lizzie,

This is the developers list and it's for technical questions about
ODK's codebase. Please use the community list next time. I'm moving
the thread there.

Also, please don't send big attachments. A lot of folks on the list
don't have a lot of bandwidth. For images, please use
http://pasteboard.co and send out a link instead.

And now to the issue at hand! Have you checked your App Engine status?
Does it look like you've run out of quota?
