[URGENT]- App engine Indication problem

To whom it may concern,
We are having problems using your application. In attach I am sending you a printscreen from the problem that occured. We are sure that we have not exceeded the daily limit, because we have used the application for a long time and we have never had such a problem. Is it possible that there is some month limit maybe or something like that?Please, check what could be the problem and give us some information ASAP.
