Urgent tablet issue: Exporting data from ODK Collect before tablet reset

Hello--

I'm in the field right now working on a project, and one of my Samsung
tablets has suddenly had trouble connecting to my Aggregate survey. I get
the error "Form listing failed. Erorr: javax.next.ssl.
SSLPeerUnverifiedException. No peer certificate while accessing..." when I
try to connect new forms from the Aggregate site, and a "No peer
certificate" error when I try to upload saved surveys.

I know that I can fix this problem by reseting the tablet to factory
settings, but I have several saved, completed surveys on the tablet that
never uploaded that I don't want to lose. Furthermore, I have already
deleted the specific form ID from the tablets, so I can't even look at the
saved surveys on the tablet.

What can I do to transport this data before I reset the tablet?
Thanks!
Melanie

Melanie,

Check the date on the tablet. If the date is wildly incorrect, it can seem
as if the server's certificate is not valid (because it has either already
expired or has not yet started).

Best,

Chris
