User able to input value not in list

Hello,

We are seeing a very strange issue on our form. We have a select1 list with two values whose names are "Toilet_Hole_Dug_1" and "Toilet_Hug_Dug_2." We are seeing a case where a user was able to make a selection and the output appears in ODK aggregate as "Toilet_Hole_Dug" without a 1 or a 2 specified.

Any ideas on how the output could have been truncated for this user? Has anyone ever experienced a similar issue? Any help greatly appreciatd.

Best,
Audrey

I have never heard of a problem like this.

Make sure there are no spaces in your multiple-choice names. If there are
any spaces in the choice names, then multiple-choice selections will not
work.

Also, make sure you have the same form on all of your devices. If you are
not using ODK Aggregate to download forms to your devices, you may have an
older form on that one device that used different choice names.
