I wish to ask how do I upload form definitions to Aggregate if it’s set up on Google’s appengine?

I see the instructions on http://opendatakit.org/use/aggregate/ don't
explicitly walk you through this step.
You need to open a browser to your App Engine instance of aggregate. If you
application id is 'my-app-id', you would visit http://my-app-id.appspot.com
This is the dashboard for the Aggregate application. From here, you can
choose 'Upload Form' to upload a form. See the attached jpg.
