Using log10(number) in XLSform

1. What is the problem? Be very detailed.

2. What app or server are you using and on what device and operating system? Include version numbers.

3. What you have you tried to fix the problem?

4. What steps can we take to reproduce the problem?

5. Anything else we should know or have? If you have a test form or screenshots or logs, attach below.
Dear ODK fellow fans and friends,
Could you please attach a sample use of log10(number) in XLS form? I am struggling for this! I am relatively new to crafting workable questionnaire. I just put log10(50000000) in calculation column, and tried to get the result (7.6989) in a note column.
Many thanks in advance.
