Want to improve my level in xls forms programming

Hi,

Since one day or more I have start using ODK but I cannot master it because
I don’t find a course or tutorial that contain all the feature and
possibilities of this software particularly the way of doing xls forms.

Can some one help me for improve my level in this software.

Thanks a lot Yaw,
But is there a most complete courses ? I was searching for a mean to
controle the nomber of reapet and I found in the forum that I hav to use
the culumn named repeat_count.
The problem is that I can not this column in the tutoroals.
Is there a tutorial in witch I'll see al the functions and possibilities of
ODK ?
