In case anyone missed it - it's not mentioned explicitly in the forum posts, but the masked appearance is also part of the latest Central 2025.4.3/4.4 releases
It does trigger the browser saved password (it prompts to use my Central pw) / suggest a strong password action though. Similar to #677, but in my case nothing is autofilled, only suggested. Not sure this is avoidable. Edit: browser was Edge arm64 145.0.3800.82
