What is "Error: Generic Exception: Error: Bad Gateway (502)" this error appeared when I tried sending finalized forms from the phone

Can not upload data on the aggregate server and it shows "Error: Generic Exception: Error: Bad Gateway (502)" on phone. The form has 3 image type questions. The size of each picture ranges within 4 to 5 Mb.
