Where is the Menu button?

When I start up ODK Collect, I only see 5 buttons. None of them says
"Menu". I must have a Menu button to get to Server Preferences, to change
to the server I need to use. How do I find the Menu button?

Alan,

On newer versions of Android, the menu button has been replaced with
three dots. It should look like this: http://goo.gl/BnX1Y

Many thanks Yaw! I was trying to follow the instructions, but they did not
match what I see on-screen. My frustration is solved.
