Not just the name has changed, the syntax has been updated and is now
shared between http://opendatakit.org/use/xlsform/ and
formhubhttp://formhub.org/
.

There is some backwards compatibility with the old syntax, but
we encourage you to transition to using the new syntax documented
herehttp://opendatakit.org/help/form-design/xlsform/
.

Additionally, we made some improvements to our error messages, but
hopefully you never find out what they are.

If you find run into any problems, please post them to our issue
trackerhttp://code.google.com/p/opendatakit/issues/list
, or bring them up here on the community mailing list.

Nathan,
I am interested in learning more, but on the ODK web
sitehttp://opendatakit.org/help/form-design/xlsform/,
clicking on the link for new_sample.xls does not give an excel file, but
rather, I get the contents of that page when I download the supposed .xls
file.
