XLSForm not recognising username

I want to include the username in the metadata. From
http://opendatakit.org/help/form-design/examples/#presentation it looks
like there are two options - uri:username and username. Both work fine from
the xml, but if added via XLSForm, I get the following error message:

Error: Unknown question type 'username'.

Is this a bug in XLSForm?

Yep it's a bug. But it's fixed now.
