Xlsform-offline: max-pixels not translated into the xml file

Hi everyone.

As posted here (https://github.com/opendatakit/xlsform-offline/issues/37) I got into an issue using xlsform-offline 1.5.0 version: max-pixels not translated into the xml file.

You can try here a simple xls file, with an image reduced with the parameter.

v1.5.0 is pretty old, we added support for max-pixels in v1.7.0 https://github.com/opendatakit/xlsform-offline/releases/tag/v1.7.0 why do you use such an old version? The newest one is v1.11.1

yes, all correct, last version is producing the correct max-pixels.... so, false alarm, sorry. Thank for you help.
