XLSForm tool is not working correctly

Hi everyone,

The online XLSForm tool was inadvertently reverted to an earlier version.

If you need to develop forms, until it is restored, the tool is available
as a stand-alone app:

I am not sure what version that is using, but it is more current than the
online version.

This has now been restored to the latest version.
