Is anyone could helps to give me some tips that how could we change the
fonts size and colors in xls form please

You can use Markdown and some HTML in the forms to add some styling.

Thank you so much for this i already have these but i'm bit confused.
Please advise me in which place/tab i should have to put this formula to
change the styles and fonts.

Hi there,

At the bottom of the blog post, there are 5 steps. Step 2 has a sample
XLSForm. Have you tried that?
