My students have been uploading data to a common ODK aggregate appspot (http://seal-2015.appspot.com/Aggregate.html) and when wanting to download all the data for use in class, I am being prevented from accessing the aggregate website and downloading the data. I have set up payment/billing in the GoogleAppEngine but that still didn't get me access back. Can you please help?

I find it can take up to 24 hours for the quota to be reset and the
billing to be activated. Try again then.
