I have been working as Information Technology (IT) Specialist for the past decade, providing IT
Supports Services to small, medium and large companies. My skills in computer programs such as
Microsoft Office, Adobe Professional Suits, Corel Draw and other open source research (survey)
applications like ODK, Kobo Toolbox, Google Forms, SurveyMonk, JotForm, etc. help me to prepare
accurate IT Support platforms to make work accurate, fast and easier for clients. These tools have
helped my clients to reduce operational cost on research, project management & report writing as
well as database management by about 70%. Templates for marketing and other promotional
materials have also been made available for easy editing and printing; this has increased the rate of
prospecting to about 80% from an average of 20% for my clients.
