I'm Gashaw, veterinarian working at national level in the Ministry of Agriculture, Ethiopia. I'm responsible for Livestock disease information system which uses ODK app for data collection and submission from field and then the data could be viewed on a web based system. At national level we are following disease notifications on daily basis. We have already xlx form developed for this purpose.
