More than nine years' work experience in designing and establish monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) Systems and Processes in the agricultural and manufacturing sector. In particular, he has been involved in Monitoring and Results Measurement (MRM) in large and medium and small businesses, livelihood development, gender inclusion, and market systems facilitation programs. He has practical knowledge and skill in designing and implementing project evaluations. Over the past five years, I led and conducted baseline and endline studies of various value chain projects. Moreover, I have robust knowledge and skills in survey design and programming using SurveyCTO, ODK, CommCare, and Salesforce. He is also capable of building Interactive Dashboards using Pivot Table, PowerBI, and Microsoft Excel to monitor progress and quality of data as well. Advanced knowledge in STATA and programming software such as Python. Combines technological proficiency with the thematic issues at hand to monitor real-time quality assurance using algorithms and conduct meaning full analysis. He recently led the data management of a Survey undertaken to link Industrial Parks to the Local Economic. At this capacity, he played a crucial role in determining sampled sizes, digitizing standard questionnaires, managing the entire data collection process, quality assurance, and data analysis.
