My name is Charles Yakubu from Ghana (West Africa). I am a business man and also practices as an Environmental Health Officer at Kpandai District Assembly in the northern region of Ghana.

I had the opportunity to use ODK when we were doing data collection on sanitation. At some point in time we encounter errors. I decided to join this community to learn more about how I can fix those errors.
