[2010-12-28 00:34:05 - ODK Collect] Unable to resolve target 'android-3'

Hey,
I have installed android, adt plugin in eclipse and checked out ODK
Collect sources but I'm getting these error:

[2010-12-28 00:34:05 - ODK Collect] Unable to resolve target
'android-3'

What might be the problem and solution?

make sure you've installed the android 1.5 sdk.
