I'm evaluting the ODK 2.0 as a possible base for a project I'm involved in.
For the ODK Application Designer v2.0 I followed instructions available at
https://opendatakit.org/use/2_0_tools/previous-distribution/odk-application-designer-2-0-rev126/
They work right.
Just a little improvement for the installing/launching of the Application
Designer in Windows. When installing it's suggested to create a shortcut
to the cmd then. after "running" the shortcut, it's usggested to run the
grunt command.
For not IT people, I think it would be more easy to create the shortcut
having as destination:
C:\Windows\System32\cmd.exe /c grunt
